Terms & Conditions of the Offer

Passengers who complete a booking between 18/03/2026 and 31/03/2026 (23:59), for travel with departure dates between 03/04/2026 and 20/04/2026, are egible to receive a personalized voucher as follows:

• €20 voucher for one-way bookings
• €50 voucher for round-trip bookings

Vouchers may be redeemed on either one-way or round-trip bookings, regardless of the type of the original qualifying booking.

Vouchers are valid for bookings made between 04/05/2026 and 31/08/2026, for travel between 15/09/2026 and 31/03/2027, and are applicable only on international routes.

• The offer is valid for a limited number of seats and for new bookings that will be made until 31/03/2026 until 23:59 (GMT+2).
• The offer is valid for flight bookings (one-way or round-trip), either direct or with an intermediate stop, provided that the first flight has a departure date from 03/04/2026 to 20/04/2026.
• The beneficiaries of each booking will receive the personal Voucher (of €50 or €20 respectively) at the email they have declared, within 24 hours from the completion of the booking.
• The voucher can be redeemed from 04/05/2026 to 31/08/2026, for flights from 15/09/2026 to 31/03/2027 across the entire international network.
• A necessary condition for the redemption of the voucher is the completion of the flights of the original booking within the specified dates. Cancellation of the original booking will result in cancellation of the voucher.
• The offer does not apply in combination with other promotional actions.
• In case of ticket change, there is a charge depending on the fare category.
• The offer is valid only for bookings made through the website www.skyexpress.com

Voucher Terms of Use

The voucher can be redeemed for bookings made from May 4, 2026, and August 31, 2026.

• The Voucher can be redeemed for flights fromfrom September 15, 2026, to March 31, 2027, across the entire international network, either for direct or connected flights.
• The Voucher is personal, non-transferable, and is issued per passenger, provided that the passenger is over 2 years old.
• The Voucher may be used for a new booking for one or more passengers, provided that one of the passengers is the voucher holder.
• A maximum number of vouchers that can be applied in a single new booking is two (2).
• The value of the voucher applies only to the fare of the ticket and does not apply to taxes and/or additional services.
• Airport taxes and any additional services must be paid by the passenger.
• The Voucher is activated by entering the Voucher code received via email in the "Redeem Voucher" field by selecting “Add Voucher” before the payment step.
• The Voucher can only be used once.
• The Voucher can cover part or the full ticket fare. Any remaining fare difference must be paid by the passenger.
