To ensure your best possible care and safety:

  • We urge you to prefer the online services (for ticket booking and check in)
  • Only passengers are allowed access inside the airport terminal (exceptions apply)
  • Should a passenger not conform with these directives, it is highly possible that he/she is denied boarding.
  • If you experience symptoms of illness, such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc., your boarding is not allowed without a written prescription from a doctor.
  • Be sure to wear a mask, as the Authorities have rendered its use compulsory.

In order to significantly diminish the spread of Covid 19, we no longer offer you snacks, drinks, water and ice cubes, in order to not only minimize your contacts with the crew, but also to avert you from removing your facial mask throughout your flight. In case of emergency, you can ask us for water that we will bring in a single use paper cup.

Temporarily we have ceased distributing our inflight magazine ‘FLY’. However you can pass the time and entertain yourselves by reading ‘FLY’ or other magazines and newspapers through our new online service SKY eJournals, on your computer, mobile phone, or tablet.

Our cabin crew hands out disinfectant wipes. The flight attendants wear masks and gloves. In the aircraft you can find a garbage bag for safe removal of all kinds of waste.

The aircraft’s WC gets cleaned every two hours or after 10 uses, according to general guidelines. During the trip we suggest you only use the WC in case of emergency.

We put a lot of emphasis on hygiene, yours as well as that of our cabin crew. The crew informs you about how to practice proper hygiene, the rules in case of cough or sneeze, the use of masks and gloves, and how you should remove them and safely dispose of them by throwing them in the appropriate bags.

  • All objects that you use such as disinfectant wipes, food packaging, tissues, should be placed in the appropriate bags and not in the case of the seat in front of you.
  • The waste is to be given in a sealed bag to cleaning personnel at the end of the journey just after you disembark.
  • In case you cough or sneeze you should cover your mouth with a tissue or the inside of your elbow, trying to look down toward the floor.
  • If you feel unwell, notify a flight attendant immediately.
  • Flight attendants always make sure they have a general image of the passengers and in case of persistent symptoms they offer you an extra mask and gloves and dispose of the used ones. They note the exact position of the potentially suspicious case as well as the information of all passengers two rows in front of, behind, and next to the passenger that is having symptoms, so that they make them available to health services. At the same time on land services provide assistance in delivering the required information, and in following specific guidelines.

If your flight is canceled for any reason, our Customer Service department will contact you to rearrange your travel plans according to your wishes. If this doesn’t occur shortly, please email us at [email protected]

For bookings made after 5/3/2020, you may reschedule your flight at a later date in accordance with your fare rules. In the event that you have added the ‘Feel Free’ service, you are entitled to one flight change, free of charge (i.e. waiving the rebooking fee), via our Call Center (email at [email protected] or call at 801 11 28 288, 215215 6510).
If you wish to cancel your reservation altogether, you may do so as per your ticket’s fare rules.

From 5/3/2020 onwards, we offer you the new ‘Feel Free’ service at just €8, so that you may reserve the option to reschedule your flight for one time, exempting the reissue fee. ‘Feel Free’ is available to everyone upon booking a flight either via www.skyexpress.gr or through our Call Center (801 11 28 288, 215215 6510).
