• We place all your luggage carefully in the cargo area. Disinfection with disinfectant liquid in the form of spray is indicated at the stage of their selection. If the airport manager chooses this policy, we inform you that there is a possibility of local discoloration of your luggage from the use of disinfectant sprays. This luggage damage is not compensated. If luggage enters the hold after handling with disinfectant spray, the risk of accidental transport and residence of virus particles in the aircraft is greatly reduced.
• Any luggage you do not deliver at check-in will be delivered to the gate.
