1. he company CRETAN AIR SERVICES AVIATION AND COMMERCIAL SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME, with the trade name SKY EXPRESS S.A. (hereinafter the “Organizer”), organizes a promotional activity (hereinafter the “Promotion”) in accordance with the following participation terms (hereinafter the “Terms”), within the framework of which it will award the Prize of the Draw, as defined below in these Terms. These Terms are posted on the Organizer’s website at skyexpress.com and will remain available and updated throughout the duration of the Promotion and until the announcement of the winners of the draw conducted as part of this Promotion. Interested participants are advised to carefully read the participation Terms. Participation in the Promotion constitutes explicit acceptance of the following Terms.

2. Duration: The Promotion will run from 18/08/2026 at 19:00 until 10/09/2026 at 23:59. Any entries submitted after the end of the Promotion will automatically be considered invalid.

3. Eligibility: Natural persons who are at least eighteen (18) years old and have full legal capacity under Greek law are eligible to participate in the draws of this Promotion. Employees (whether under employment contracts or otherwise) of the Organizer or companies belonging to the same corporate group, as well as their first- and second-degree relatives, are excluded from participation. Persons involved in the management of the promotional activity and their relatives up to the second degree are also excluded. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and automatically exclude entries that do not comply with these Terms or participants who attempt to unlawfully interfere with the participation process, or whose participation, in the Organizer’s judgment, violates the law or is conducted in bad faith, abusively, or contrary to good morals and commercial ethics.

4. Draw: The draw to determine the winner will take place on September 11, 2026, at the Organizer’s offices, on the 1st floor of Building 48, at Athens International Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos.” The Organizer reserves the right to postpone the date of the draw with a relevant announcement on the Promotion webpage on the Organizer’s website. The draw will be conducted using an automated system and specially designed software that ensures the integrity of the process and the absence of human intervention. This promotional activity is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram in any way.

5. Participation Process: Each interested participant must be at least 18 years old and must follow the steps below in order to participate in the Contest Promotion: Click on the giveaway post and complete the form hosted in the company’s website (Barcelona Giveaway 2026 | SKY express) included in the relevant contest post on the above-mentioned profile. Upon completion of the above steps and acceptance of the participation Terms, the participant will automatically enter the list of entries participating in the Promotion draw. Only one participation per natural person is permitted, and if a participant is declared a winner in one draw, they are automatically excluded from further participation in any subsequent draws of the Promotion. The winners will be selected via an electronic draw, using a certified Random Number Generator platform, which ensures the integrity of the process and the absolute randomness of the selection. The draw will include all valid entries submitted via the online form during the Competition period. Entries are considered valid if all mandatory fields have been correctly filled out. The winner will be notified through email by SKY express.

6.Prize: The prize consists of 1 round-trip double ticket for 1 winner to the route BarcelonaAthens. SKY express will send a private message to the winner’s Instagram profile, and the winner may accept the Prize until September 18, 2026, at 17:00. If the company is unable to contact the winner by September 18, 2026, at 17:00, it will contact the next runner-up. The following clarifications apply: The Organizer bears no responsibility for any reason preventing the winner from redeeming the prize. Participation in the Promotion and the prize awarded are strictly personal and non-transferable. In the event of refusal to accept or failure by a Winner to claim the Draw Prize within the above timeframe, the Organizer bears no responsibility for awarding the Prize. The Organizer bears no responsibility for cancellations, delays, or force majeure events (including but not limited to strikes, adverse weather conditions, riots, public health and safety measures, terrorist attacks, etc.).

7. The winner is required to pay the airport taxes. The prize may be redeemed from the date of the first available flight to the chosen destination between 11/09/2026 and 31/01/2027, subject to flight and seat availability and only under the SKY joy+ fare, round-trip. The prize cannot be redeemed during the following periods:, 23/10–01/11/2026, 18/12/2026–07/01/2027.

8. Within the framework of this Promotion, the Organizer, acting as Data Controller, collects, maintains, and processes the personal data of Participants, specifically their identification and contact details, to the extent necessary for purposes exclusively related to the execution of the Promotion. The Organizer takes all necessary measures to ensure the lawful and fair collection and processing of personal data, as well as its secure storage, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), Greek Law 4624/2019, and the relevant applicable regulatory framework, safeguarding the confidentiality of all information that comes to its knowledge.

9. Participants have the right to access their personal data, request correction of inaccurate personal data or completion thereof, and, where applicable under the regulatory framework, exercise the rights of deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and securing human intervention in automated procedures. To exercise these rights, participants may submit their request in writing to the Data Protection Officer (DPO) Office either by post or email at callcenter@skyexpress.com. If participants believe that the protection of their personal data is violated, they may also appeal to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

10. The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms, postpone, cancel, or revoke the Promotion. The Organizer also reserves the right to modify and/or revoke the Promotion, change the dates of its conduct or any other term, replace the offered prizes with others of equal value during the Promotion, alter the method of awarding them, and change their number, provided that prior notice is given before such changes take effect. These changes will be communicated to the public through the Organizer’s website (SKY express) and will become effective from the date of the relevant announcement. The Organizer may also terminate the Promotion without notice for reasons of public interest, force majeure, or any other significant reason.

11. Participation in the Promotion requires internet access using the participants’ own technical means. The Organizer bears no responsibility whatsoever if, for reasons beyond its control or due to force majeure (including but not limited to technical problems or malfunctions of telephone networks or lines, online computer systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure to send or receive data due to lack of available space or due to technical problems or internet congestion, interruption of internet connection, computer viruses, malicious or unlawful acts or interventions by third parties, fraudulent acts), the submission of entries or messages by participants is delayed or fails, or if electronic files related to this Promotion are partially or completely destroyed.

12. Participants grant the Organizer the right, in the event they participate and win prizes, to publish their names for advertising purposes internally or in any medium and by any means, without any additional compensation beyond the Promotion prize itself. Participants do not have and shall not acquire any rights over the trademarks, names, logos, emblems, or other distinctive features of the Organizer.

13. These Terms are governed by Greek Law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be governed by Greek Law, and the competent courts shall be the Courts of Athens, Greece.
