Important Notice: Flight cancellations to/from Ben Gurion International Airport (TLV) due to airspace closure

Dear Passengers,

We would like to inform you that, due the suspension of operations within Israel’s airspace, our scheduled flights from Athens International Airport (ATH) to Ben Gurion International Airport (TLV), as well as flights from Ben Gurion International Airport (TLV) to Athens International Airport (ATH), are cancelled up to and including Thursday, 16 April.

For your convenience, you may choose one of the following available options:

1. Free change of your ticket to a future flight on the same route with a departure date until 31/12/2026, via the “MANAGE MY BOOKING” option at skyexpress.com.

2. Cancellation of your booking and issuance of a credit voucher, corresponding to the value of your ticket, valid for 12 months, via the “MANAGE MY BOOKING” option at skyexpress.com.

3. Cancellation of your booking and refund, by contacting flightchange@skyexpress.gr.

Additionally, if you have a reservation from/to Tel Aviv for flights up to 30/04/2026, if you wish, you can proceed, after contacting flightchange@skyexpress.gr, with:

• Free change of your ticket to a future flight of the same route with a departure date until 31/05/2026
• Cancellation of your reservation and issuance of a credit voucher, corresponding to the value of your ticket, valid for 12 months
