6 New Destinations to discover with SKY

SKY express's flights to new destinations will begin in late October 2025, adding new routes in its winter flight schedule.
In detail:

• Flights from Athens to Berlin begin in 16th October 2025.
• Flights from Athens to Hamburg begin in 24th October 2025.
• Flights from Athens to Lisbon begin in 20th October 2025.
• Flights from Athens to Madrid begin in 24th October 2025.
• Flights from Athens to Tel Aviv begin in 2nd December 2025.

Additionally, the two new international routes will start operating as listed:

• Flights from Thessaloniki to Dusseldorf begin in 5th November 2025.
• Flights from Athens to Lyon begin in 15th December 2025.

SKY express will fly multiple days on weekly basis towards its new destinations, increasing significantly its available seats on international level. More specifically:

• Flights from Athens to Berlin will operate 4 times per week, every Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday (starting from 16 October 2025).
• Flights from Athens to Hamburg will operate 3 times per week, every Monday, Friday and Sunday (starting from 24 October 2025).
• Flights from Athens to Lisbon will operate 3 times per week, every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday (starting from 20 October 2025).
• Flights from Athens to Madrid will operate 5 times per week, every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday (starting from 24 October 2025).
• Flights from Athens to Tel Aviv will operate 7 times per week, daily (starting from 2 December 2025).

Additionally, about the two new international routes to Lyon and Dusseldorf:

• Flights from Thessaloniki to Dusseldorf will operate 3 times per week, every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday (starting from 5 November 2025).
• Flights from Athens to Lyon will operate 2 times per week, every Monday and Friday (starting from 15 December 2025).

SKY express flight numbers are a combination of the airline's official code (GQ) and a set of numbers. These flight numbers are unique identifiers for every flight operated by SKY express, and they are used by passengers to identify and track specific flights in online travel systems, airports and documents.

For its new routes, SKY express will use a dedicated range of flight numbers that passengers can use for a better flight experience.

Those flight numbers can be found while purchasing your flight ticket, and they will be printed on your booking confirmation and your boarding pass. You can use them for identification and better navigation on airport departure and arrival screens.

All flights to new destinations - Berlin, Hamburg, Lisbon and Madrid - as well as the new international routes Athens-Lyon and Thessaloniki-Dusseldorf will be operated by SKY express' new Airbus A320neo aircraft.

In all flights operated by SKY express, you can personalize your travel experience to our new destinations by adding a range of extra services during or after booking your flight ticket.

Available ancillaries that can be added to SKY express' new routes include:

• Extra baggage allowance: You are carry more either by adding excess baggage weight in existing checked luggage or by purchasing an extra piece of checked baggage.
• Seat preselection: Select your seat and travel with your beloved ones, by choosing your aisle, mid or window seat with extra legroom and upfront priority options included.
• Priority Baggage: Be the first to pick up your checked baggage upon arrival,by adding the priority baggage service in your flight ticket.
• Traveling with pets: Travel with your beloved animal companions (dogs & cats up to 8kg) in the aircraft cabin, just by adding the respective service in your flight ticket.
• Sports Equipment & Special baggage: Add in your flight ticket any additional sporting equipment, musical instrument or other special baggage that you can't leave behind.
