If your flight is canceled for any reason, our Customer Service department will contact you to rearrange your travel plans according to your wishes. If this doesn’t occur shortly, please email us at [email protected]

For bookings made after 5/3/2020, you may reschedule your flight at a later date in accordance with your fare rules. In the event that you have added the ‘Feel Free’ service, you are entitled to one flight change, free of charge (i.e. waiving the rebooking fee), via our Call Center (email at [email protected] or call at 801 11 28 288, 215215 6510).
If you wish to cancel your reservation altogether, you may do so as per your ticket’s fare rules.

*Note: the service is still available in the new era, with an €8 charge, effective 21.06.2020.

From 5/3/2020 onwards, we offer you the new ‘Feel Free’ service at just €8, so that you may reserve the option to reschedule your flight for one time, exempting the reissue fee. ‘Feel Free’ is available to everyone upon booking a flight either via www.skyexpress.gr or through our Call Center (801 11 28 288, 215215 6510). Lounges: we maintain the highest standards of hygiene in all our premises; restrooms, tables, buffets and other commonly-used surfaces are cleaned meticulously. In addition, hand sanitizer is available in the lounges as well as other spots (check-in counters, gates).

All our aircraft are disinfected regularly as part of our normal cleaning process, which has been further amplified given the current public health situation. Our experienced cabin crew has been trained with the latest hygiene protocols and procedures, as per WHO and IATA instructions. Out of precaution, we have gone as far as to revoke our catering service, on top of temporarily ceasing the distribution of our inflight magazine FLY (regardless, you may still browse through its pages here or download it for free thanks to our new service, Sky eJournals, here). Finally, passengers are offered antiseptic handkerchiefs during their flight

We are continuously readjusting our procedures and internal guidelines to keep abreast with the latest coronavirus developments. This is why our personnel has adhered to rigid safety and hygiene rules from the onset of this crisis.
